When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 8-10 business days except in the case of delays. In the case of a shipping delay, you will be notified via the email address you provided at checkout and be given an estimated time of shipping. We’re constantly working to refine our shipping process and have orders out the door faster.
What is my order’s tracking number?
To keep costs as low as possible for our clients, we ship most print orders using a method that doesn’t offer tracking. However, after being dropped off with USPS, domestic orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days. International print orders generally take 7-10 days after USPS drop-off to arrive.
We ship most apparel orders via USPS Priority, which does offer tracking. If you ordered apparel and did not receive a tracking number along with your shipment confirmation email, please let us know at email@example.com and we will send you your tracking number.
I received a shipment confirmation email already – why haven’t I received my order yet?
You may not have received your order yet for one of these common reasons:
1. Your order is still in transit. For Domestic orders, delivery generally only takes 1-3 business days, but sometimes it takes longer due to delays on USPS’s end.
2. The address you entered upon checkout was invalid. If your address wasn’t entered properly, USPS will not be able to deliver it, and will send it back to us. If this is the case, we will request your shipping address via email and attempt to re-ship your order to you.
3. We have purchased the postage for your order, but we haven’t yet dispatched it. If this is the case, we will let you know when your order has been dropped off to USPS via email upon request.
